Job Description The web content administrator will be responsible for product set up, managing sample process, coordinating products during photo shoots, and maintaining Fossil sites to support Fossil US and international websites.• Complete product set up; this includes SKU set up, naming, pricing, beauty copy, technical copy, descriptive attributes, search keywords, thresholds, images and merchandising the SKUs in the sales catalog
• Submit jobs for beauty copy and photography in order to meet the product set up due date
• Collaborate with product teams to complete technical copy
• Collaborate with planning on delivery updates, assortment sheets, and markdowns
• Communicate any product set up issues to the management team in a timely manner
• Partner with Merchandise Analysts and product groups to ensure image needs are met for the web and catalog
• Collect, organize and track samples through photography
• Communicate with management team if samples are late or missing and therefore, unable to meet the product set up deadline
• Return samples to product teams by the requested date
Required Skills and Experience • Strong time management skills
• Proven ability to multi task
• Strong organizational and follow through skills
• Strong technical acumen with applications and attention to detail with data
• Product experience highly preferred
• Four-year college degree preferred
• At least one year retail experience highly preferred
