Required Skill set:
Responsible for creating technical documentation deliverables for enterprise solution projects.
In concert with content experts, will design, develop, write, and deliver end-user product documentation, incorporating testers and team feedback and best practices to enhance product usability.
Looking for an energetic, technically adept writer to work closely with a group of technical experts throughout the solution implementation process to ensure high-quality, technically correct software and processes documentation.
Technical Skills:Comfortable working in a technical environment.
Able to easily understand software.
Independently work on projects of moderate complexity and scope.
Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvement.
Leverage and share best practices.
High level of professional and business judgment when communicating with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
