Full-Time Technical Documentation Lead (Boston, MA)
Our new Technical Documentation Lead will work closely with our development teams, refining our internal technical documentation.
Work closely with the Development team to research, plan, write and update documentation.
Partner with the Development team in the planning, specification and testing phases of the product development lifecycle.
Document workflow processes and write detailed application configuration specifications.
Lead continuous improvement activities by driving the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives.
Develop documentation with minimal legacy materials.
Organize existing material, identifying gaps and spearhead efforts to fill them.
