Primary Responsibilities:
– Design information architecture for eLearning courses
– Write eLearning storyboards for external corporate clients using the ADDIE model
– Consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
– Design engaging product sales, marketing and management training
– Write creative case studies, conversational narratives and interactive scenarios
– Manage & coordinate eLearning development projects
Education and Experience:
– Minimum 2 years experience developing eLearning
– College Degree in English, Technical Writing, Journalism, History, Playwrighting
Skills and Knowledge:
– Leadership and organizational talent and experience
– Proven project management skills; experience handling simultaneous projects, and managing time to meet project deadlines
– Strong facilitation skills with audiences of various sizes, experience and background
– Technical and Creative Writing for engaging and interactive online instruction
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) with clients and internal teams
– Knowledge of authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Flash, Lectora, web delivery tools, graphics software, and MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint).
