Duties And Responsibilities & Minimum Requirements: | Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies is looking for a Copywriter & Content Manager to develop written copy and content for marketing communications. This position plays a key role on the strategy and marketing team by managing the process of copy development and editing across digital and traditional environments for both internal and external audiences.The Copywriter & Content Manager will be responsible for creating the content and communications strategy for the School and its programs, as well as developing a content creation calendar for email and website copy. This position will also write, edit and manage the approval process for the School’s website, print and digital marketing collateral and external email communications campaigns and e-newsletters. The Copywriter & Content Manager will edit web articles from the School’s departments and research and write web articles to provide program specific content for the website. Part of this position’s responsibilities include attending events in order to write post-event articles and posting relevant content to the School’s social media sites.
