Full-Time Content Strategy Manager (San Francisco, CA)
Job Description
Castlight Health is looking for a creative and experienced content marketer to join us in our mission to revolutionize the way people engage with the health care system. Through our content program, you’ll serve as the voice for one of Silicon Valley’s fastest growing health care IT companies.
What you’ll do
- Lead editorial efforts by developing a comprehensive content strategy that supports both demand generation and brand objectives
- Project manage the creation of compelling, industry-leading content with a team of writers and creative resources to produce high-quality content.
- Work with other marketing team members to serve up content via our website, email campaigns, and other marketing channels
- Lead efforts with industry thought leaders and experts to develop content that supports Castlight’s market leadership and product innovation
- Develop and maintain pitch materials and collateral that help Castlight succeed in all parts of the sales cycle
Attributes necessary for success
- Proven project management skills
- Natural curiosity and strong desire to learn about a wide variety of topics in health care, benefits, and technology
- A bias towards action on any project, especially in the face of ambiguity or incomplete information
- Ability to prioritize on the fly
Requirements
- College degree
- 5+ years experience in marketing
- Strong writing skills (writing sample required)
- Experience in managing and editing content for either a SAAS or health care company
