Full-Time Content Strategist (San Francisco, CA)

Zoosk is an online dating service that uses innovative technology to help match singles. As the content strategist, you’ll work with pretty much every part of the company to develop consistent and compelling language at Zoosk. You’ll also be able to watch the results of your work and respond quickly in our iterative environment.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
You have an opinion about how libraries should organize their books. You can write a compelling sentence, but can also audit all the sentences in the entire product across all platforms. You often rewrite websites in your head.
MUST HAVE
- Strong writing samples
- Past experience as a content manager or strategist, copywriter, or editor
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Experience writing for web, mobile, or desktop software
ROLE
- Develop a strategy for product, CMS, and app store content
- Set the written tone and style for the Zoosk product across web and mobile platforms
- Write consistent, effective copy for our product
- Audit existing content and develop new processes for content creation
- Work with our localization manager to ensure good translations
- Collaborate with the UX team to create new feature ideas
