Job Description

PeopleAnswers, a leader in web-based behavioral assessment tools, is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our marketing department. The Content Marketing Manager’s primary responsibility will be to help execute against the content marketing strategy, with a specific focus on content distribution and promotion.

He or she will work closely with the marketing team, subject matter experts, and industry influencers to find innovative ways to foster engagement around all PeopleAnswers’ content and news. The right candidate will have demonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environment and proven success supporting a marketing department for a complex technology-centric solution.

Responsibilities Include:
•Successfully promoting all PeopleAnswers’ content and news to maximize engagement and traffic to the PeopleAnswers website and blog
• Building and leveraging relationships with industry influencers to aide in content promotion efforts
•Working with PR firm to create press releases and identify targeted opportunities to share content with media
•Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of all content distribution efforts using website analytics, marketing automation and CRM
•Other duties as required

Qualifications
•A Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, public relations or a related communications field
•4-5 years of content marketing experience, at least 2 of which have been spent working specifically on content distribution through digital media and other channels
•Proven experience establishing and managing content distribution processes
•Proven experience managing freelancers and interns
•Fluency in all major business software applications (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.)
•Experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation tools and Salesforce
•Experience in enterprise tech industry strongly preferred
•Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at one time
•Strong writing and editing skills
•Excellent communication skills, with a focus on digital media
•Creative thinker and problem solver
•Process oriented
•Focused on reporting and measurement
•Detail orientation and strong verbal communication skills a must
