Criteo is a leading personalized performance based advertising company looking to hire a tech writer to develop developer integration guides and to develop a content strategy to improve knowledge sharing
Technical writers take complex information and communicate it clearly, concisely and accurately without relying on technical or corporate jargon to explain what they’re trying to say.
As a Technical Writer working on developer products, you will support some of the most popular mobile ad platforms. You will communicate with developers worldwide through conceptual documentation, detailed developer guides, code samples, API references, and other online materials.
Duties include
Write technical documentation for our external developer audience, such as API reference docs and developer guides.
Design and organize documentation sets for new APIs and developer products.
Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others, and coach non-writers on ways to improve their writing skills.
Manage complex documentation projects.
Supplement developer documentation with relevant sample code.
Interact with engineers, product marketing and collect technical details (test results, procedures, specifications, etc) and develop technical documentation based on the inputs.
Candidates should have experience using Confluence, Pagemaker, Quark or other knowledge management systems
Plan and manage timelines to ensure availability of required documents at time of release.
Ideal candidates should be in the San Francisco bay area vicinity for initial 2 meetings.
Work can be completed remotely
