Job Description

As a Technical Communications Specialist at Veson Nautical, you will be a member of the team that produces the documentation wiki, tutorials, and more for the world’s leading developer of commercial maritime shipping software. You will research, plan, design, and create the various forms of user assistance for our IMOS and Veslink products. You will also review, edit, and approve contributions from other collaborators.

Requirements
• Degree in technical communications or related area
• Portfolio showing the ability to create documentation (written, video, UI, webinars, etc.) that is clear, concise, consistent, and accurate
• Strong organizing skills and attention to detail
• Interest in diving into complicated products and their functionality; ability to understand the perspectives and meet the needs of our internal and external clients
• Interest in growing and managing an online community of users
• Interest in working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
• Ability to readily adapt to changing systems, requirements, and business needs
