Job Description: | JOB DESCRIPTION:-Manage company’s digital programs including, but not limited to, Paid Search Campaigns (PPC), Search Engine Optimization(SEO), institutional email programs, website tracking and analytics, and web content.
-Monitor PPC, search engine rankings and email click-thru reports in real-time and pro-actively make course corrections as warranted by working closely with relevant vendors, Internet development, hosting, content management teams and internal customers. -Work closely with web editors, Content Management Team, information architects and development/hosting teams to help identify opportunities for increasing conversions on the institution?s websites, improving user-experience and offering more relevant content. -Project manage digital projects as needed by recruiting relevant team members, managing team activities, and developing project- specific communications. -Manage online vendor relationships. Vendors include, but are not limited to, Search Engines, SEO and PPC Agency, Email Agency and Web Analytics platform. REQUIREMENTS: – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or related field. -5 years of account/project management experience for a large organization with focus in online marketing, communications, and advertising. -Digital experience and expertise in the following. -Managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns with external Internet search engines, including Google, Yahoo, and Bing -Improving search engine rankings through search engine optimization (SEO) -Managing email marketing programs -Analysis of web analytics data(Omniture and/or Google Analytics) to identify website improvement areas -Website planning, development, and usability EOE/M/F/V |
