Job Duties and Responsibilities Create Web front-end user interface to new or existing databases using a combination of HTML, SQL, C, VB or other languages to make business applications accessible.Will be able to provide knowledge of instructional systems design and development models, principles, and practices.

Must be able to perform under multiple project deadlines that require performance support in the development of instructional products.

Must posses knowledge and experience in the application of learning theory, methodology, and instructional systems design and development models, training and evaluation principles and their application in managing training design and delivery to include computer-based and on-line training.

Must communicate with subject matter experts in various fields within the DoD and civilian sector as well as administrative staff. He/she must conceptualize, develop and implement creative solutions to performance problems at the request of managers and clients.

Must have the ability to model effective instructional practices including designing curriculum development processes and possess a high degree of organizational skills.

Must be familiar with Learning Management Systems and Learning Content Management Systems.

Must be able to quickly learn and understand software applications

Must know CrossRoads and the tools associated with the CrossRoads Suite.
Qualifications
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor Degree.
Experience: 5 to 7 years with BS/BA OR 3 to 5 years with MS/MA/MBAPossess a thorough knowledge of programming and server software operations.

 
Additional Qualifications Must have 8-10 years of ISD experience.
