Vizrt is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Documentation and Training Specialist.

The tasks will mainly involve creating training videos and tutorials and writing system documentation for our products. All material will be written in English. You will work with people from all departments, world-wide, to get the information needed.

The position is based in our office in Bergen, Norway, however, some travel will be required for producing material on products developed in other locations.

Main duties and responsibilities:
* Take complex technical material and transform it into easy to understand and engaging video tutorials, online courses and exercises, documentation, and instructor-led course materials.
* Research documentation requirements for a product release, identify new content vs. reuse of existing content, scope effort to produce documentation deliverables.
* Create/develop/update content, test against product, and deliver high-quality documentation according to scheduled milestones.
* Deliver documentation and training material to meet the needs of different audience levels, including administrators, end users and integrators.
*Help identify and implement process improvements, organize reviews of training and documentation material, and incorporate feedback from user community, product development teams, support teams etc.
* Take on special projects outside the scope of regular tasks.

Required skills:
* Experience with producing technical documentation and/or training material
* Proficient in video production and editing to be able to script, capture, edit and publish video documentation and training material
* Excellent oral and written English, ability to write and communicate in a clear, concise and consistent style.
* Proficiency in exploring technical systems.
* Ability to deliver significantly complex and technical information in appropriate formats for targeted audience.
* Proactive, self driven, hard working, capable of working with tight deadlines.
* Strong team player.
* Degree at university level in science, media, communication, engineering or computer related disciplines.
