TechWhirl.Com (originally Techwr-l, which is short for Technical Writer List) was started in 1993 by Eric and Deborah Ray as an email discussion list for technical writers.  It was the first email discussion group for tech writers in the world and is still a thriving list today with around 3000 technical communication professionals participating in around 300 to 400 unique discussions a month.  There’s a good chance that if you have done any type of research into technical writing or tech writing topics you’ve come across our archives which contain over 300,000 entries.

Starting in 1999, and expanding its articles and activities greatly in 2011, TechWhirl.Com is also an online magazine for technical writers and communicators.  Monthly features, regular columns and how-to articles make up the majority of our content.

INKtopia Limited

INKtopia Limited is holding company for TechWhirl.Com and TechCommJobs.Com.  It is managed by Connie Giordano and Al Martine. INKtopia is a Limited Liability Company based in North Carolina.  Connie and Al are at the other end of the contact us form so feel free to drop them a line.
