Job Description

DUTIES
*Report to Product Marketing Manager.
*Write and/or edit copy for online support pages, white papers, instruction manuals, patent applications, and other written collateral.
*Research, analyze, and document internal processes, software applications, and tools to create accurate and comprehensive documentation.
*Ensure that documentation complies with corporate guidelines, displays a consistent voice, and is easily understood by the end-user.
*Conduct market and technical research as needed to complete writing assignments.
*Maintain close internal working relationships with the marketing team, as well as sales, legal, development, and customer support departments.
*Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
*2+ years of technical writing or equivalent experience.
*Experience working with software or internet-related technologies.
*Bachelor’s in Communications, Computer Science, English, or other equivalent degree.
*Outstanding written communication skills.
*The ability to tailor written communication to various audiences, from highly-technical cryptography specialists in niche markets, to non-technical business executives.
*Self-starter with the ability to multi-task several projects in a fast-paced environment.
*A detail-oriented perfectionist, driven to deliver your best while meeting strict deadlines.
*The talent to reduce highly technical specifications to easily-understood copy.
