Sales Operations Services is designed to create, support, engage and leverage every capability where we interact, transact and drive sales. We ensure that the field has a voice in all that we do. Our teams work in partnership with each other and with our Field Service Center partners to deliver the execution with excellence in support of our T-Mobile strategy.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Senior Instructional Designers develop training materials and determine learning objectives and goals for a specific curriculum or identified need. They partner with stakeholders and internal clients to determine needs, gather data, analyze audiences, design data collection instruments, create learning experiences and select innovative and engaging delivery methods that meet the determined objectives and goals.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work from assigned site during identified business hours
Adhere to the standard ADDIE methodology for instructional design
Strong time management skills
Complete analysis of all existing training on a specified topic
Identify improvement opportunities to existing sales training
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Develop training materials (e.g. objectives, instructor and participant materials, video scripts, storyboards, e-learning, WBTs job aids, reinforcement materials, train the trainer materials).
Design, conduct and analyze surveys, tests, interviews, focus groups, observation procedures, sampling techniques, and reports to determine training needs.
Identify and interview subject matter experts and target audiences to determine performance gaps and scopes.
Recommend solutions that take into account cost- benefit analysis, organizational direction, scope, non-training alternatives and capacity.
Design comprehensive training plans to meet the learning needs.
Manage content review process which includes validating learning objectives, incorporating changes as needed into materials and course effectiveness.
Work with vendors and contractors as needed to develop content and support tools.
Coordinate implementation of newly developed curriculum.
Execute the training evaluation plan.
Available for occasional travel if necessary
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with limited guidance and demonstrate problem solving skills
Ability to work within a collaborative environment demonstrating strong interpersonal and team work skills
Ability to independently perform and complete analysis of existing training materials
Ability to identify performance opportunities within existing training design
Manage multi projects simultaneously.
Work within aggressive timeframes.
Adhere to established work standards to ensure best in class training deliverables
Ability to manage scope, time, budget, and collaboration and negotiation with key stakeholders.
Strong project management and planning skills: Ability to lead a project with limited guidance and lead a small project team.
Advanced skills in Adobe Captivate or equivalent software, Microsoft Power Point and Word
Minimum of five years’ experience in instructional design field

Education:

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technologies, Education, Business, Communication or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
