• Associate’s degree with course work in a related discipline. Four years’ of relevant experience may be substituted for an Associate’s degree.
• 3+ years training/instructional systems design experience
• PowerPoint, Excel, and Word experience

Job Duties

• Design, develop, and facilitate default training programs
• Select appropriate medium for successful delivery of training programs, i.e. PowerPoint presentation, user guide, computer training
• Develop, create, and implement user guides for computer based training efforts and keep guides current to industry changes and in compliance with regulations
• Conduct needs assessments with department managers to identify training requirements and maintain contact to keep abreast of changes/initiatives that affect current training programs
• Provide support during and after training period
• Identify and implement revisions and updates to training materials
