Position Description
|
|
Assists with or designs, develops, manages, conducts and evaluates custom technical training materials, assessments and programs. Assists with cost-benefit analyses and prepares and presents reports regarding the development, implementation and evaluation of training programs and curricula. Provides complete training, instruction and guidance in the performance of Instructional System Development (ISD) tasks. Or acts as liaison between subject matter experts to obtain general technical data for training. Assists with data collection to support cost-benefit analyses. Assists in the evaluation of new instructional strategies, methods, technologies and tools related to instructional design, development and delivery for internal and external customers.
