Job description
In 2012 we lost 30 people. In 2013, we’ve lost 5 so far. More than 1/3 of our dept. is contractors and we are seriously lacking IBMers to put on projects. We turn away business due to lack of IBM resources regularly. In addition, we can only hit our new, billable ut. targets by using US IBMers. We need 12.2M to keep everyone fully utilized. For 2013 we have signed 9.2M and have 5.9M in the pipeline. Much of that can/should only be staffed with IBMers.

Required

  • Master’s Degree
  • At least 3 years experience in Apply learning theories to the design of content
  • At least 3 years experience in Develop and write performance objectives
  • At least 3 years experience in Perform gap and content analysis
  • At least 3 years experience in Design performance systems and tests
  • At least 3 years experience in Perform job task analysis
  • At least 3 years experience in Develop eLearning and instructor led content
  • At least 3 years experience in Ensure instructional soundness of learning interventions
  • At least 3 years experience in Develop plans to close performance or skill gaps
  • English: Basic knowledge
