The Associate Director of Online Course Development, e-learning will focus on the design and implementation of online professional learning through exceptional project management over cross-functional teams in the development of instructional content and design. This position will collaborate with senior leadership and serve as Amplify’s primary online course development consultant on the effective use of interactive instructional design strategies, web-based resources, multimedia technologies and instructional systems to improve and implement our online course delivery.We are seeking a strategic visionary who can make relevant recommendations on the use of the best technology for our professional development services and become an instrumental part of the implementation. Additionally, this individual will provide mentorship in the area of instructional course design best practices for our instructional designers.
