No. TechWhirl’s Tech Comm Jobs site only requires companies listing jobs to register. We turned off job seeker registrations because a) they weren’t being used b) we were getting hammered with a lot of SPAM. We do not require job seekers to register before applying for a job so there’s no real issue.
