Technical Writer
Are you an experienced Technical Writer open to a short term contract? This position will play a key role in writing technical documentation for this emerging mortgage company in Jacksonville, FL. If you have experience with Robo-Help and love writing technical content, then this 60 day contract is for you!
Primary Requirements
• At least two (2) years experience working with Robo-Help 9, 10 or 11 (including basic knowledge of HTML)
• Experience taking procedure content and putting it into the Robo-Help tool
• At least two (2) years experience as a technical writer
• Experience developing technical documentation
• Should have an outstanding knowledge of the English language; knowledge of structure, content, meanings, spelling, composition rules and grammar
Additional Qualifications
• Education Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Education Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in English or Technical Communications
