Full-Time Program Information Coordinator

Job Description

The Program Information Coordinator is responsible for establishing and maintaining database systems to support program growth and development. This position also provides general program and office support.

Responsibilities:
Database Administration
Facilitate the implementation of a comprehensive graduate program and recruiting database.
• Maintain robust data: monitor quality of data input and suggest improvements
• Coordinate the tracking of graduate program demographics and statistics,
application processes, and thesis/dissertation processes
• Independently create complex queries and reports
• Authorize use of the database and train database users
• Create and maintain an overall database policies and procedures manual
• Troubleshoot and remedy database discrepancies

Program Support
• Provide purchasing and travel support
• Website design, updates, and maintenance
• Provide communications and social media support (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Coordinate technology needs, track computer inventory, coordinate phones.
• Review and approve purchasing card reconciliation reports
• Coordinate employee onboarding
• Coordinate meeting space requests
• Assist with planning and managing various events
• Provide support staff oversight in the absence of the department manager

Job Types: Full-Time. Job Tags: content management, database management, and general office support. Salaries: 20,000 - 40,000.
