Full-Time Marketing Instructional Design & eLearning Consultant (Albany, NY)
Job Description
The Marketing Instructional Design and eLearning Consultant is responsible for developing and implementing all eLearning courses, desk levels, and job aids pertaining to the division’s new hire on boarding, medical and ancillary products, processes, systems and mandates by creating and executing innovative, transformational and progressive techniques that integrates learning performance and talent development with the divisional strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree required. Masters degree preferred.
· eLearning and Instructional Design Certification preferred.
· Experience successfully developing eLearning courses through accredited instructional design methodologies with demonstrated experience in effectively communicating and implementing new training strategies and curriculum is required.
· Working knowledge of curriculum development, group facilitation or project management is required.
· Ability to conduct ongoing analysis of programs and implement enhancements to ensure customer satisfaction is required.
· A minimum of two years of experience in eLearning is required.
· A minimum of two years of experience in Instructional Design is required.
